As standard we provide Cisco routers with all Activ Private and Activ Internet connections, along with hardware management and monitoring for the term of the plan contract. As part of our service, we provide:

Through the Solarwinds Solution which I have applied across our own MPLS Network, we provide access to all of our Activ Private and Activ Business Internet customers for reporting including, but not limited to:

  • Router CPU and memory trends
  • Link % utilisation
  • Errors on the links.
  • Hourly traffic reports and link utilisation

Reporting access is provided via web portal, or through our Service Desk.



We provide all Activ Private connections with Cisco Routers. We will choose the right hardware for your connection type, optimise its configuration and then manage, monitor and service it for you.


We’ll manage and monitor your equipment taking action where and when required to preserve uptime and service continuity. Users will have full reporting visibility and access.
